Frida Vonstad is CEO and Founder of The Coring Company (TCC). With a background in geotechnical engineering from Oxford University and University College London, she founded TCC based on industry challenges identified during her PhD research. Frida leads TCC’s strategy, product development, and global growth.

Geir-Tore Klæbo is Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of The Coring Company. He leads the technical development of TCC’s hardware and software solutions and brings extensive experience delivering software across both the private and public sectors.

Morten Viksøy is CFO at The Coring Company, leading finance and performance management as the company scales from development to production. He brings broad experience in investments, value creation, and divestments, with a background in private equity and corporate finance. He holds a Master of Business and Economics from NHH.

Bjørn Rune Bjørsvik is CCO at The Coring Company, leading the company’s commercialization and go-to-market efforts. He has more than 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, and commercialization, primarily within finance and consulting. Terje Hansen is CDO at The Coring Company, responsible for support and delivery as the company scales internationally. He has more than 20 years of experience in IT operations and support in various roles. Terje brings strong operational execution to customer onboarding, deployments, and day-to-day delivery.

Morten Lein is HoD at The Coring Company, leading day-to-day engineering execution in a team of several junior and senior developers. He brings more than 20 years of experience in software development, including over 16 years at Tietoevry, where he worked as a Senior System Developer.

Anette Skog Lillevik is CAO at The Coring Company, supporting the organization with structure and administrative leadership as the team is growing rapidly. She joined TCC in 2025 after 22 years at Mo Industripark, bringing long-term experience from an industrial ecosystem. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business from BI Norwegian Business School.

Trygve Jacobsen is Chairman of the Board of The Coring Company and CEO of Try Advisory. With more than 35 years of executive leadership across multiple industries and more than four years with TCC, he brings practical experience in strategy, governance, and international growth. Trygve studied business at BI Norwegian Business School. He holds a Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School, specializing in International Business Management.

Leesa Soulodre is Managing General Partner at R3i Investments. She is a cross-border deep-tech investor and venture builder focused on AI and sustainable development, with global leadership experience and exposure to the Australian mining sector. Leesa is a TRIUM Global Executive MBA graduate and supports TCC’s scaling and commercialization globally.

Raquel Araujo is VP of Marketing, Communications and Engagement at Scatec ASA and a board member of the Brazilian–Norwegian Chamber of Commerce. With experience from Anglo American, she brings cross-sector insight from mining and energy, and strong expertise in international communications and stakeholder engagement to The Coring Company. She holds an MSc in International Relations and a University of Cambridge certificate in Business and Climate Change.

Ivar Sund Fossum is a veteran mining and minerals executive and former CEO of Nordic Mining ASA. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience, including roles within Hydro and Yara, and brings broad industrial and commercial expertise. Ivar holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from NTNU.
